1. What do I need to prepare for the webinar workshop?
All you need to prepare is your webinar login link and password that was sent to your email when you registered. Afterwards, simply book the webinar in your calendar to make sure you don’t miss out.
2. Will 360RTO provide recordings of the sessions?
All paid webinars will have replays uploaded online, while free webinars will not have replays. Only those who registered for the webinar will have access to each replay (including those who registered but were not able to attend).
3. When will I get my certificate?
Certificates will be sent to attendees within 7 working days of the webinar.
4. I am unable to login to Webinarjam. What should I do?
First check that you entered the same email address you used to register for the webinar, along with your corresponding password. If you are still unable to login, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can give you a new login.
5. Can I request for a tax invoice?
Yes if you attended a paid webinar. Please send us an email at [email protected] to request for a tax invoice.
6. I am unable to login to watch the replay. What should I do?
First check that you entered the correct email address and password that was sent to your email. Take note that the login for the replay may be different from the email and password you used to join the live webinar.

7. Can I get a copy of the presentation used in the session?
Yes. A handout of the presentation will be given out to those who attended the webinar within 7 working days of the webinar.
