This Credit Transfer Form supports RTOs in formally granting credit for units completed under nationally recognised qualifications and/or Statements of Attainment issued by other RTOs. It enables the verification of equivalent units in accordance with the VET Quality Framework and the RTO’s conditions of registration.
Form Contents
This Credit Transfer Form includes the following: VET Student Details, capturing the learner’s identifying information to ensure accurate processing and recordkeeping; and Credit Transfer Details, documenting the units previously attained by the student, including unit codes and titles, to verify equivalence against the current Training Package requirements.
