Just received your RTO audit report, and it has come back “non-compliant”?
Post audit non-compliances and rectifications can be challenging for any RTO. Your RTO is often exhausted from the lead up to audit and the audit week itself, and now you’ve been handed a list of audit non-compliances to contend with.
These are the issues identified by your auditor at your RTO audit, and you normally have just 20 working days to rectify them and submit a response with evidence as proof they non-compliances are being addressed. Failing to do so can cost you your RTO registration, prompt sanctions, and threaten your business.
In some cases you’ll find you:
Don’t have the time to complete audit rectifications;
Don’t have the expertise to address all of the audit non-compliances identified; OR
Don’t have the the available resources to address the issues identified
If your RTO is finding yourself under pressure, or unable to complete rectifications in time, don’t stress!
Do however get a hold of us immediately so we have time to examine what needs to be done – and help address the issues before your audit rectification deadline.
It’s time to get “all hands on deck” and bring in our team of experienced post-audit rectification consultants who can help you solve your non-compliance issues and pass your audit.
